The story of a fierce, vengeful, inspirational prophet seemingly at odds with the whole world, is the focus for the first of Tiptree Choral Society’s performances in 2017. Come and join us at St Luke’s Church in Tiptree to hear the brilliant story that fired Mendelssohn’s last major work. The choir will be joined by soloists Carolyn Cook, soprano, Judith Douglas, contralto, Michael Savage, tenor and Victor Sgarbi, bass and conducted by their well-known and highly respected Musical Director, Malcolm Boulter; organist Jonathan Eyre makes a welcome return as accompanist.
